MANUFACTURING TIMES FOR OUR 'PRINT ON DEMAND' ITEMS

Our designs for 3D Prints, Clothing, and Posters, are manufactured especially for you by 3 different suppliers. Each of them ships independently, and therefore if you order from each of our categories your items will arrive independently. Tracking numbers will be provided from each manufacturer. The guidelines for each suppliers expected manufacturing times are below.

3D PRINTED JEWELLERY AND MODELS

Please note that occasionally due to the cutting edge nature of our designs and the logistics of 3D printing some models that have been successfully printed will be rejected by the manufacturer. In this rare case we will contact you and offer a full refund of that part of your order.

NOTE: If you order multiple 3D printed Jewellery pieces or Models the order will not be shipped until they are all printed !

MATERIALS	USA BUSINESS DAYS	HOW IT IS MADE AND OTHER NOTES
Plastics	4 to 6	We start with a bed of Nylon powder and sinter the powder with a laser layer by layer, solidifying the powder as we go. Because of this layer by layer process, some products may see a staircase effect.
Steel	9 to 11	Special 3D printers deposit small drops of glue onto layers of stainless steel powder, one layer at a time, until the print is complete. The models then go through an infusion process that replaces the glue with bronze.
Brass	8 to 10	Brass is printed by lost wax casting. The model is printed in wax using a specialized high-resolution 3D Printer. A mold is then created from the wax model. Molten brass is poured under pressure into this mold
Plated Brass	10 to 12	The lifetime of the electroplating is dependent on many factor, such as handling, how often the piece is worn, and exposure to humidity, sweat, and soap. I have worn pieces constantly for many months before they tarnished significantly
Silver	8 to 9	Brass is printed by lost wax casting. The model is printed in wax using a specialized high-resolution 3D Printer. A mold is then created from the wax model. Molten brass is poured under pressure into this mold
'Sandstone'	4 to 6	This is a variety of softer plastic. Colors are not water fast. Water will cause fading for the Standard finish. However, the Glossy and Matte finish will provide some resistance to water and moisture.
Solid Gold & Platinum	5 to 10 business days	These are printed in wax using a specialized high-resolution 3D Printer.They are then produced by lost wax casting. A mold is created from the wax model. Molten metal is poured under pressure into this mold

CLOTHING MANUFACTURE TIME GUIDELINES

NOTE: Our clothing is manufactured in Canada

	BUSINESS DAYS	HOW IT IS MADE
Clothing	2 to 10 business days depending on what the item is and the amount of orders for that product in the queue.	The design is printed in section onto your choice of fabric. It is then laser cut and sewn to create your garment.

POSTER MANUFACTURE TIME GUIDELINES

	BUSINESS DAYS	HOW IT IS MADE
Posters	5 to 7 USA business days	The design is printed on 192 g/m2 matte paper. The colors are the brightest and richest we have yet seen, softer and richer than glossy photo paper
